Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hellothere@amarilloworks.net. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can assess the issue.
If the damage is confirmed, we’ll gladly send you a replacement pack at no additional cost.
